Where individuals work or live togther, this is called a system, social proceses take place. If a group wants to improve on achieving it's goals intern and extern, more effectively than before, maintainance and improving on these social proceses, can be analysed, with the goal to find out which factors stagnate the wanted development and wich factors will help further the development.
